                        Answer

Statement:.  Physics and Biology are considered two different branches of science then the linkage / relationship  of Physics with Biology is as under.

Relationship between Physics and Biology: Physics is the study of matter, energy and  their mutual relationship while Biology is the study of living organisms.
The relationship between Physics and Biology is that we  use the principal of Physics in biological phenomena.

Example: the application of Physics concepts, theories, principle and methods to medicines or Healthcare.
Physics combine field with Biology: Biophysics, Biomechanics, Neurophysics, Medical Physics and molecular Biology.

Additional Information

1. Biophysics: Biophysics is a field that combines principles from physics and biology to study biological systems. It applies physical techniques and theories to understand biological phenomena, such as the structure and function of biomolecules, cell mechanics, and biophysical processes like diffusion and transport across cell membranes.

2. Molecular Biology: Physics principles play a crucial role in understanding the behavior and interactions of molecules in biological systems. Concepts like thermodynamics, kinetics, and quantum mechanics help explain the processes of DNA replication, protein folding, enzyme catalysis, and molecular interactions.

3. Biomechanics: Biomechanics applies principles of physics, particularly mechanics, to study the motion and mechanics of biological systems such as animals, cells, and tissues. It investigates how forces, mass, and motion influence biological structures and functions, including locomotion, muscle contraction, and cell movement.

4. Neurophysics: Neurophysics focuses on applying physics concepts to study the structure and function of the nervous system. It involves understanding the electrical properties of neurons, neural networks, and the physics behind brain functions like signal transmission, information processing, and the generation of electrical potentials.

5. Medical Physics: Physics plays a crucial role in medical diagnostics and therapies. Medical physics encompasses medical imaging technologies like X-rays, MRI, and ultrasound, where physical principles are crucial in generating and interpreting images. It also includes radiation therapy, where physics principles are applied to deliver precise radiation doses to treat cancerous cells.

These examples illustrate how physics provides fundamental principles, mathematical tools, and experimental techniques that contribute to our understanding of biological systems and drive advancements in biological research and medical applications. The interdisciplinary collaboration between physics and biology continues to deepen our knowledge of life and push the boundaries of scientific discovery.
