                         Answer

Scientific notation: Sceintific notation is also called strandard form.It is a scientific way of writing very large or very small numbers easily in decimal form.

Representation:
                               It represents a number as the product of a number greater than 1 and less than 10 ( called mantissa) and power of 10 is termed as exponent.
Number=Mantissa×10*exponent.

Example:
               for example the mass of the moon is 70000000000000000000000kg.
Then is Sceitific notation it can written as 7×10*22kg
Where 7 is the mantissa 22 is the exponent of 10.
Advantages:
                    The advantage of scientific notation is that it makes the addition subtraction multiplication and division of very large numbers very easy.
Suppose when we are multiplying two numbers in scientific notation, we multiply their mantissas (the main part of the number) and then add their exponents (the power of 10).
Mathematically:  2×10*3 × 2×10*4=4×10*7.
